TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

By accessing XCraft Survival's online store and its contents (virtual items), you automatically agree to the terms of service. Read these terms before making any purchases on the XCraft Survival store. Thank you.

1) All items, packages, and virtual goods purchased are final. We uphold a no-refund or chargeback policy. These goods are not redeemable in the real world.

            - Any attempt to chargeback or refund through a credit card company will result in a permanent ban from XCRAFT SURVIVAL and all affiliated sites.

2) XCraft Survival is not responsible for losing purchased items upon receiving them in-game. You will not be eligible for a refund.

3) XCraft Survival will always hold the right to edit, change, and control items, packages, and virtual goods in this store. Under the changed circumstances, you are liable for the updated item, package, or virtual good(s). If any perks granted by our packages are abused in-game to break server rules, cause a disturbance, or otherwise, we reserve the right to revoke certain privileges based on the offense.

4) In the unfortunate event of a permanent server closure, you are not entitled to a refund or reimbursement for your purchase.

5) You must be over the age of 13 or have explicit parental permission before making any purchases on the XCRAFT SURVIVAL store. By accepting the TOS, you say that you have explicit permission or are the correct age to purchase.

6) Before a purchase, the correct personal information must be entered (Name, money provider, etc.). You agree that the information provided is up-to-date and correct.

7) We have no liability for any item, package, or virtual good being sold by third-party users. 

8) Purchasing any items, packages, or virtual goods for another user is permitted; however, any exploit of the store is bannable from both the site and in-game.

9) All payments are handled through Tebex (https://www.tebex.io/). You agree to understand this. If there are any concerns regarding this, contact our administration team.

10) No information obtained by third-party websites regarding the store will be ignored.

LEGALITIES

XCraft Survival and MasonX3  are in no way affiliated with Mojang AB. Nor should it be considered a company endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

*A premium Minecraft account is required to access and play on XCraft Survival.

Any information provided by you, whether it has previously been shared publicly or privately, will not be sold, exchanged, or given to any other company for any personal/commercial reason whatsoever, without direct consent from the user responsible for the purchases of the items, packages, or virtual goods.
